About the role

Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd Shift) in a 42-bed treatment facility focused on substance use recovery and restorative justice. Work environment includes residential treatment setting with physical activities such as standing, walking, and outdoor supervision; local travel may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, support, and positive role modeling to residents
• Build professional relationships, monitor behaviors, document progress, and support residents in achieving treatment goals
• Respond to emergencies, administer medications, collect urine samples, and facilitate educational and life skills groups
• Assist with daily activities like meal prep, housekeeping, and transportation
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally with residents and staff
• Attend meetings and trainings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass background and medical clearances
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries
• Preferred experience in behavioral health or related fields and relevant training (e.g., DHS 83)
• Ability to conduct observed urine analyses is required for this role
