Position Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess previous site supervisory experience or program participation.
  • Ability to calmly mediate and diffuse tense situations.
  • Has the ability to handle participants, team managers and/or coaches under difficult game situations.
  • Capable of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with fellow employees, various community organizations, and the public.
  • First Aid/CPR certification, preferred. Or ability and willingness to become certified.
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Frequent standing and walking for up to 60 minutes at a time.
  • Sitting, talking, hearing, reading, and writing.
  • Reaching, stooping, crouching, or kneeling.
  • Lifting/carrying and moving equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Compensation

$17.50 - $19.00 per hour
