Facility Coordinator
Location: New York, NY (On-Site)
About the Role
Primary responsibilities of the Facility Coordinator include warmly welcoming clients and guests at a satellite location of Company 3, providing facility information, directing client requests to the appropriate department, routing calls, shipping and receiving, purchasing, and overall client services. The Facility Coordinator should be highly organized, meticulous, upbeat and personable, able to multi-task, and willing to grow within the role.
Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome, and direct clients and guests appropriately
- Provide initial orientation to new clients
- Notify staff and clients of visitor arrival
- Check in clients according to current security protocols
- Assist operations and engineering teams with set up of edit rooms and offices
- Assist clients with requests pertaining to their edit rooms and offices
- Build excellent client relations by creating a warm and inviting working environment
- Client support in person, through email, and phone calls
- Route client requests to the appropriate department
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments
- Update documents and spreadsheets pertaining to client contact info, purchases, etc.
- Set up rooms for meetings and screenings
- General purchasing and logging of purchases
- Set up daily coffee, restock communal snacks and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and common areas
- Order groceries and office supplies while maintaining a budget
- Run errands as needed
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have prior working experience in an office environment and be proficient with MS Office, Teams, and Google Docs. They will be reliable, punctual, meticulous, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask and take initiative.

- Able to work Mon-Fri from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and be flexible with notice to shift schedule as needed
- Available to work weekends if needed
- Professional appearance and excellent demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of post-production workflows a plus

$20.00 USD hourly
