About the role

As a Facility Coordinator, you will oversee the coordination of a variety of departmental and financial activities. This role is part of the Property Management job function, responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with creating monthly financial review and reporting.
  • Verify the database of management and leasing contract information is accurate and up to date.
  • Review, input, and approve vendor invoices, billings, expense reports, accounts receivables, and contract execution process.
  • Support all aspects of the contract execution process.
  • Responsible for review and input of data into all CBRE systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all CBRE and client policies.
  • Facilitate communication of best practices, policies, procedures, and initiatives to support operations.
  • Train all CBRE team members on policies, procedures, processes, administration, and governance.
  • Support the People/HR transition team to timely and efficiently onboard incumbent staff.
  • Assist in the client termination process as needed.
  • May participate in the Asset Services internal audit process.
  • Work with senior management to improve operational compliance.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent.
  • May recommend new techniques.
  • Impact your team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
  • Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
  • Assist in CBRE and client operations as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
  • A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within your job function.
  • Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
  • Advanced math skills, including the ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
