Facility Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Cook up daily receiving, shipping, and administrative activities to support facility operations.
  • Maintain working knowledge of plant receiving processes, drum staging, profile access, and profile printing.
  • Perform accurate data entry into PowerSuite, WIN, Outlook, and other company databases.
  • Create TPO shipping paperwork for rejected materials.
  • Organize and maintain plant files, shipping documentation, and truck-to-truck paperwork.
  • Manage office and operational supplies for assigned areas.
  • Scan and track storage areas to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Support overall housekeeping standards.
  • Aid with additional administrative or operational duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 0-3 years of administrative, logistics, shipping/receiving, warehouse, or facility support experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately manage data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Working in industrial, manufacturing, environmental, transportation, or warehouse operations.
  • Experience with PowerSuite, WIN, or similar ERP/database systems.
  • Knowledge of hazardous waste manifests or shipping documentation.

Physical Requirements

  • Primarily sedentary office position.
  • Sit approximately 6-8 hours per day.
  • Walk or stand occasionally throughout the facility.
  • Frequent computer and keyboard use.
  • Rarely lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Must be able to read computer screens and printed documentation.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively by telephone and virtual meeting platforms.
