Admissions Director

About the role

As the Admissions Director, you would be responsible for coordinating the admissions process for prospective residents to ensure that their transition to Marquis is well organized and comfortable. This includes building relationships with referral contacts, arranging and managing admissions into the facility, conducting tours of the facility, verifying payer sources, tracking admission activity on a daily basis, preparing and completing admission paperwork, and other related assignments.

Marquis operates 26 senior care facilities in Oregon, Nevada, and California, and provides rehab and pharmacy services across the nation. You’ll be joining a family of more than 4,000 employees, united by one purpose: to be champions of every journey.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the admissions process for prospective residents
• Build and maintain relationships with referral contacts
• Arrange and manage admissions into the facility
• Conduct tours of the facility
• Verify payer sources
• Track admission activity on a daily basis
• Prepare and complete admission paperwork
• Handle other related assignments as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
