Facility: Belgrove Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Location: Kearny, NJ Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $85K–$95K annually Join Our Leadership Team Belgrove Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Admissions Director to lead our admissions process and help drive census growth. The ideal candidate has strong skilled nursing admissions experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, census-driven environment. Responsibilities Manage referrals, admissions, insurance verification, and authorization processesBuild strong relationships with hospitals, referral sources, families, and community partnersMaintain timely referral responses and support census goalsOversee admission documentation, census reporting, and billing communicationConduct facility tours and guide families through the admissions processCollaborate with Marketing, Billing, MDS, Concierge, and clinical teamsEnsure a smooth transition for residents from referral through admission Qualifications 4–5 years of admissions, intake, or healthcare business development experiencePrior SNF/post-acute care experience requiredPrevious Admissions Director or Admissions Coordinator experience requiredKnowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and insurance authorization processesExperience with PointClickCare, NaviHealth, CarePort, and AllScripts preferredStrong organizational, communication, relationship-building, and multitasking skills Benefits Medical & Dental InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)401(k) Retirement PlanEmployee Recognition ProgramEmployee discounts and company perksSupportive team environment Make an Impact If you are a motivated healthcare professional with a passion for admissions, relationship-building, and exceptional resident experiences, we want to hear from you!
