Role Description The Admissions Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Lincoln, NE, responsible for leading and managing the school’s enrollment and admissions process. This role oversees prospective family inquiries, campus visits, tours, and admissions events, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience for applicants. The Admissions Director collaborates with school leadership to develop and implement recruitment strategies, manages admissions data and reporting, and coordinates communication with families throughout the application and enrollment lifecycle. Daily tasks include guiding families through the admissions and financial aid process, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with faculty and staff to support student onboarding. The role also involves promoting the school within the community, representing Lincoln Christian School at outreach events, and upholding the school’s mission and values in all interactions. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Enrollment Management and Student Recruiting to plan, implement, and evaluate effective admissions strategies.Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospective families, build relationships, and provide timely, helpful support.Candidates should possess knowledge of Student Financial Aid processes to guide families through tuition assistance options and ensure accurate documentation.Candidates should possess organizational and data management skills, including experience with CRM or admissions databases and proficiency with standard office software.Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, marketing, business, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in admissions, enrollment, or school administration is highly beneficial.Demonstrated alignment with Christian values and willingness to support the spiritual mission of the school is required.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and maintain
