Admissions Director.

The Ballard Center is seeking an Admissions Director to join their dynamic team. This position is full-time with rotating shifts.

About the role

As the Admissions Director, you will manage customer flow processes, including referrals and admissions, ensuring strong customer, referrer, and payor satisfaction. You will also coordinate tours and sales processes, conduct follow-ups, and maintain comprehensive customer data.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer flow processes, including referrals and admissions
• Work with interdisciplinary teams and HealthCare Area entities to coordinate customer flow
• Guide the center's sales program to maximize QMix and ADC goals
• Respond to inquiries and referrals, ensuring a positive admission experience
• Coordinate tours and sales processes with customers, families, and referrers
• Conduct follow-ups on inquiries and ensure appropriate preparation of rooms
• Maintain thorough knowledge of medical, social, and financial information
• Facilitate sales opportunities for referring hospitals by contacting physicians and other professionals
• Stay updated on services available within the center and throughout HealthCare
• Develop and implement long-range and short-term sales plans
• Participate in presentations about the center to hospitals and other potential referral sources
• Ensure customer service standards are met, providing compassionate care

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a healthcare setting
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on centers' business needs

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years college education in health care administration, business management, or marketing/public relations preferred
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• One year of customer service experience

Pay

Annual salary range: $72,800 to $82,784 (based on experience)
