What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking admission to our programs
- Conduct initial telephonic intake process professionally and efficiently
- Carry out phone screening with compassion and respect, providing encouragement
- Perform Verification of Benefits (VOB) immediately upon creation of a lead
- Record all activity in Salesforce accurately and diligently
- Facilitate the intake process by obtaining and verifying necessary documentation, including insurance information, identification, and medical records
- Cook up with respective facility to inform of all upcoming admissions, ensuring availability and timely admission
- Arrange transportation to facility for any future admissions, if necessary
What We're Looking For
- If in recovery, min. 1 year period of sustained sobriety required
- 1 year of industry-related experience required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Dignified and compassionate character
- Strong multitasking skills and sound judgement

The Avenues Recovery Center Admissions Office is the spacious and bustling headquarters of our admissions department, located in Bucks County, Philadelphia. With 25-30 admissions specialists working onsite full-time, the Avenues Admissions Office is a welcoming and dynamic environment featuring a warm, enjoyable workplace culture.
