Salary Range: $85k-$90k annual.

About the role

We are now hiring an Administrator in Training (AIT) to be the newest member of our awesome team! If you worked or currently working in long term care/skilled nursing industry and have been thinking about becoming a LNHA, this is your opportunity! You will gain experience in various settings and receive comprehensive training from us to help you launch your healthcare career.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the knowledge, skills and ability to successfully become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
  • Direct the day-to-day functions of a facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long-term care facilities

Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience in long-term care
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to thrive in a complex environment
  • Ability to relate to and work with physically and/or mentally ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times hostile people professionally and respectfully
  • Understand and follow regulations
  • Adapt and handle pressure
  • Knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care

Qualifications

  • Nice To Have: Experience in long-term care or related field with supervisory background
  • Nice To Have: Bachelor's degree specifically in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration (or related field)
