Administrator in Training (AIT)
Skill Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in long-term care
- Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
- Nice to have: Experience in long-term care or related field with supervisory background, Bachelor's degree specifically in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration (or related field)

Must have:
- Ability to thrive in a complex environment
- Ability to relate to and work with physically and/or mentally ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times hostile people professionally and respectfully
- Ability to understand and follow regulations
- Ability to adapt and handle pressure
