Responsibilities
- Support activities including preparing technical material, managing presentations, and compiling briefings
- Develop and implement procedures for documentation, filing, and communication
- Generate and implement procedures for typing, copying, shredding, and controlling documentation
- Use computer applications to produce databases, spreadsheets, and graphics
- Coordinate and set up meetings, including VTC and room set-up
- Support internal and external briefings and reports by creating visual aids
- Improve internal management processes by proposing and implementing improvements
- Manage and coordinate inquiries from HQs and F/B Directorate staff
- Support the organization battle staff and unit control center
- Monitor and distribute information from the divisional organizational email account
Requirements
- Secret clearance
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field with 10 years of experience in the DoD, or
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 12 years of experience in the DoD, or
- Fifteen years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight years of which must be in the DoD
