About the role
You will serve as the Administrative Specialist for the command. You will manage the Command’s directives expiration dates and assist departments with reissuing or canceling directives. You will identify and correct any inconsistencies or errors with directives format and tone.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement command file plans, process management, and command guidelines in alignment with Records Management program.
- Oversee, manage, and implement support agreements. Interact with departments and supplying and receiving agencies to ensure adequacy and currency of all agreements.
- Conduct meetings, negotiations, briefings, liaison visits, and conferences as required to implement and promote the support agreements program and resolve issues.
- Screens all official correspondence for clarity, completeness, proper grammar, compliance with routing procedures, and ensure appropriate enclosures and references are included.

Qualifications
- NT-03: At least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 through GS-11 or NT-02 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Must demonstrate experience in formulating local program policy and procedures governing the tracking of inter-service and intra-governmental taskers, editing and reviewing highly complex scientific and engineering documents, and composing correspondence on multiple subjects as outlined in regulations and procedures.
- NT-02: At least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-01 through GS-04 or NT-01 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Must demonstrate experience in administering laws, regulations, policies, precedents and meeting operational requirements, writing clear technical documents based on written materials and verbal information from engineers and scientists, and conducting studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
