Position OverviewOur client is seeking a highly organized Mail Operations Coordinator to support the financial operations team for One Medical. This role is responsible for ensuring sensitive patient and insurance documents are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in an independent, detail-oriented environment and is comfortable handling confidential healthcare information. Key ResponsibilitiesSort, triage, and organize incoming physical mail, including insurance claims, patient correspondence, and payments.Upload and route incoming mail to the appropriate internal teams using established processes.Print insurance claim forms, refund letters, and supporting documentation.Match physical refund checks with the correct patient correspondence, assemble mailings, and prepare them for shipment.Ensure all patient and insurance information is handled accurately and in compliance with privacy and security standards.Participate in team meetings and assist with operational projects as needed.Exercise sound judgment when determining how incoming mail should be prioritized and routed with minimal onsite supervision. Basic Qualifications1+ year of administrative, mailroom, operations, or related experienceStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to maintain accuracy while handling confidential patient informationBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft OfficeAble to work independently and manage multiple priorities Preferred QualificationsHealthcare, medical office, or insurance experienceAssociate's or Bachelor's degreeExperience working with sensitive or regulated information The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $19.37/hour - $20.51/hour.
