Job Summary
Springfield Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), part of Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers, is hiring an Office Assistant for its Outpatient Opioid Treatment Program (OTP). What You'll Do
- Answer telephones and handle incoming calls
- Bookkeep and manage office records
- Typing or word processing as needed
- Office machine operation and filing
- Sort, organize, and maintain office records
- Aid with new patient enrollments
- Assist with insurance/billing reports
- Support patient drug testing procedures (when applicable)
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative experience in a healthcare setting
- Comfortable working in an OTP/recovery environment
- Experience with billing processes, patient check-in, and appointment scheduling
- Proficiency with computer systems, word processing, and basic data entry
- Familiarity with office equipment and general clerical duties
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Professional and courteous communication skills
- Confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Compensation
The calculated salary range for this role in Massachusetts is $17.00-$18.00 per hour, subject to change based on various factors.
