Administrative Support Associate II
This position serves as a liaison between internal and external departments, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide clear, courteous assistance to the public and internal staff.
- Maintain the front lobby and manage visitor sign-ins to ensure an organized and welcoming environment.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, mail distribution, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate various events and meetings for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support open record processing.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Two years of administrative support or related office experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
Preferred Qualifications
- Administrative office experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Software Programs and GOVQA.
