Job Summary The Administrative Staff Officer II/ UKHC provides oversight on all business office transactions. This position will provide key leadership for the Department of Radiation Medicine in achieving overall effectiveness, as it provides essential support for its faculty and other providers. This position works to ensure a structure is in place that provides for administrative support and staff accountability. This position will serve as a faculty resource for all areas related to recruitment, hiring, onboarding, continuity of credentialing, appointments, and promotions, as well as overall organization of faculty affairs, facility management, and planning for the future. Includes support to Department Academic Administrator(s) with management of all facets of the Departments’ financial operations and accuracy in accounting and reporting of revenue and expenses. Position is expected to play an integral part with management of Radiation Medicine Research program. UK Healthcare operations are complex and matrixed and require familiarity with numerous accounting, financial, payroll, grant, research, and other software systems and databases.
