About the Role
Jones & Henry has an opening for a full-time Project Coordinator that will provide project-related support to engineering staff, including general administration of projects and project documentation. All duties shall be performed in such a manner as to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all aspects.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Juggle multiple schedules
- Produce accurate work product in support of project goals
- Assist staff in completion of their tasks
- Ensure consistency and quality through attention to detail
Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator prepares a variety of written material in support of marketing and projects, which includes:
- Developing and producing marketing material
- Assisting in proposal preparation
- Drafting technical documents in support of projects
- Managing project files
- Assisting management and staff with project administration tasks
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and good judgment in prioritizing work while maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work independently and with a range of individuals in a professional and cooperative environment, including Client Principals, Office Manager, Project Managers, Engineers, and other office personnel
- Ability to balance demands from multiple directions while maintaining productivity and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of general office procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn other software packages such as eComm or other online bid document systems
- Knowledge of EJCDC construction documents is a plus
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
