Administrative Functional Support Level 3
About the role
This position is 100% onsite and supports the ALQ-161 Hardware Program Management Office. The successful candidate will provide administrative and coordination support across the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Provide consistent administrative and coordination support across the project lifecycle
- Maintain and update essential project documentation, including schedules, planning materials, cost information and meeting records
- Support the production and distribution of project reports and performance updates
- Cook up and distribute project-related activities including customer meetings and functional syncs
- Prepare agendas, capture actions and ensure follow-up items are delivered by other functional areas
- Support risk and opportunity tracking and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Maintain project management systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Prepare and review program documents including CDRLs, internal deliverables, and other artifacts as directed by the Program Manager
- Aid in generating and consolidating basis of estimates for proposals
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or related experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance (not required to obtain before hire)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
- Experience managing several ongoing tasks through completion
- File and SharePoint management experience

Pay
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
