Responsibilities
- Interviewing, hiring, training and scheduling employees.
- Making recommendations regarding other changes of status.
- Planning, assigning, and directing work.
- Appraising performance and evaluating employees.
- Rewarding and disciplining employees.
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Managing accounts receivable research on past due accounts, and potential write-offs.
- Maintaining daily deposit balance and entering on corporate deposit sheet.
- Maintaining cash and load overs/shorts for Retail Delivery Drivers.
- Emailing results of daily cash/load variances and mis-picks.
- Determining payroll deductions based on daily reports.
- Ensuring proper oversight of cash room duties.
- Overseeing corporate invoice reconciliation.
- Ensuring daily end of day reconciliation.
- Overseeing direct to trade bulk invoicing.
- Scheduling weekly settlement of Sam’s Club direct-to-trade orders.
- Entering and maintaining inventory tracking sheets.
- Liaising between Administrative Support and Regional and Franchise personnel.
- Maintaining petty cash checkbook.
- Managing Franchise IT support (computers, network, printers).
- Setting up and maintaining Driver accounts in VIP/Legacy.
- Setting up Customer Accurals for CDA in VIP/Legacy.
- Setting up and maintaining salesman accounts and applicable commissions.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Capable of performing Administrative Support Level I and Level II duties.
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
- One (1) year administration experience required.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- SharePoint experience preferred.
