Responsibilities

  • Interviewing, hiring, training and scheduling employees.
  • Making recommendations regarding other changes of status.
  • Planning, assigning, and directing work.
  • Appraising performance and evaluating employees.
  • Rewarding and disciplining employees.
  • Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Managing accounts receivable research on past due accounts, and potential write-offs.
  • Maintaining daily deposit balance and entering on corporate deposit sheet.
  • Maintaining cash and load overs/shorts for Retail Delivery Drivers.
  • Emailing results of daily cash/load variances and mis-picks.
  • Determining payroll deductions based on daily reports.
  • Ensuring proper oversight of cash room duties.
  • Overseeing corporate invoice reconciliation.
  • Ensuring daily end of day reconciliation.
  • Overseeing direct to trade bulk invoicing.
  • Scheduling weekly settlement of Sam’s Club direct-to-trade orders.
  • Entering and maintaining inventory tracking sheets.
  • Liaising between Administrative Support and Regional and Franchise personnel.
  • Maintaining petty cash checkbook.
  • Managing Franchise IT support (computers, network, printers).
  • Setting up and maintaining Driver accounts in VIP/Legacy.
  • Setting up Customer Accurals for CDA in VIP/Legacy.
  • Setting up and maintaining salesman accounts and applicable commissions.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Capable of performing Administrative Support Level I and Level II duties.
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • One (1) year administration experience required.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • SharePoint experience preferred.
