About The Role The Clinical Administrative Coordinator position is a vital part of our healthcare operations, primarily functioning in a remote capacity within the United States. This full-time role offers the flexibility to telecommute while managing complex administrative tasks related to clinical services. The position requires handling multiple responsibilities such as processing referrals, authorizations, and coordinating communication among hospitals, clinics, providers, and members. The role involves multitasking, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure seamless clinical workflows and optimal patient care. The coordinator will support clinical staff by organizing documentation, triaging cases, and resolving inquiries, all while contributing to process efficiencies within a fast-paced healthcare environment. The position is designed for individuals who are highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
