About The Role The Clinical Administrative Coordinator position is a vital role within the healthcare operations team, primarily functioning in a remote capacity across the United States. This full-time role offers the flexibility to telecommute while supporting clinical teams by managing service requests, referrals, and authorizations. The coordinator acts as a crucial link between hospitals, clinics, providers, members, and internal clinical staff, ensuring seamless communication and process efficiency. The role involves handling multiple tasks such as intake processing, case triage, document setup, and inquiry resolution, all while maintaining accuracy and compliance with healthcare standards. The position demands a proactive approach to managing diverse responsibilities within a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to improved patient care and operational effectiveness.
