About the Opportunity:The Clinical Administrative Coordinator supports the clinical team by managing administrative processes and ensuring compliance with state regulations. This role is essential in facilitating communication and coordination within the care team to deliver excellent customer service and help achieve organizational goals. 3. Responsibilities:• Provide exceptional customer service• Manage administrative intake and data entry for the clinical team• Coordinate requests for long term and respite services with providers and clinical staff• Handle notifications, referrals, and prior authorizations, including intake and census roles• Receive and triage care coordination notifications for non-clinical cases• Assist clinical staff with document preparation and case triage for Clinical Coverage Review• Process and distribute custom reports to providers and clinical staff• Manage multiple platforms and applications simultaneously• Communicate via inbound and outbound calls with providers and internal departments 4. Requirements:• High School Diploma or GED• Minimum 1 year experience using telephone and computer in a workplace• Minimum 1 year healthcare administration experience• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm EST• Residency in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or New Hampshire• Willingness to travel up to 10% within Massachusetts 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Hourly pay range from $18.00 to $32.00 based on experience and qualifications 6.
