Responsibilities

  • Daily processing of vehicle invoices and entering all new and used vehicle inventory
  • Review deals for accuracy prior to submitting them to accounting
  • Complete the incentive processing for all new vehicle deals
  • Process inventory transfers
  • Process Used Car Wholesales and Purchases
  • Manage incoming certificates of origin and vehicle invoices
  • Inventory schedule review
  • Maintain supply inventory and process orders as needed
  • Complete and maintain Excel schedules
  • Process the daily mail
  • Affording assistance with accounting such as invoicing, AP, and AR
  • Organizing Files
  • Other duties required by management

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a high-paced atmosphere
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Team oriented with the ability to work with others and also individually
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible, while keeping a positive attitude
  • Valid Drivers License with Clean driving record
  • Willing and able to pass a background check and drug screening
