Responsibilities
- Daily processing of vehicle invoices and entering all new and used vehicle inventory
- Review deals for accuracy prior to submitting them to accounting
- Complete the incentive processing for all new vehicle deals
- Process inventory transfers
- Process Used Car Wholesales and Purchases
- Manage incoming certificates of origin and vehicle invoices
- Inventory schedule review
- Maintain supply inventory and process orders as needed
- Complete and maintain Excel schedules
- Process the daily mail
- Affording assistance with accounting such as invoicing, AP, and AR
- Organizing Files
- Other duties required by management
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a high-paced atmosphere
- Good problem-solving skills
- Team oriented with the ability to work with others and also individually
- Ability to adapt and be flexible, while keeping a positive attitude
- Valid Drivers License with Clean driving record
- Willing and able to pass a background check and drug screening
