Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent service to patients, families, staff, and providers.
- Answer and direct phone calls; greet and assist visitors and patients.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Maintain organized records, files, and databases.
- Support patient care by updating demographic and insurance information.
- Cook up with other departments to resolve issues and ensure timely service.
- Aid in prescription renewals and clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer proficiency for clinical documentation and scheduling.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
