About the role
An Administrative Assistant - Labor Relations interprets and analyzes labor agreements to address wage and benefit matters, scope of work, geographic jurisdiction, and other contractual terms. This role also oversees the administration of apprentice certifications and progression tracking.

Requirements
- High School degree, or equivalent, and 2+ years of experience with collective bargaining agreements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Geographic Information System (GIS) (desired)
- Experience with construction unions and/or analyzing collective bargaining agreements (desired)
- Ace or Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Human Resources and/or Labor Relations (desired)
