Administrative Assistant - HR
Role Description
Screening calls, managing calendars, travel arrangements, organization charts, processing expenses, meeting and event planning, and client relations.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate with managers and HR to onboard new employees through the NJL applications.
Maintain divisional intranet website.
Responsible for quality assurance, including the publication of weekly articles, monthly publications, web forms and links.
Maintain floor plans and inventory of equipment.
Receive and interact with incoming visitors.
Skills, Experience, Qualifications And Knowledge Required
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior HR executives in an administrative capacity.
- Motivated, diligent learner that is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exemplary planning and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff.
- Able to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proficient in MS Office.

Base Pay Range
The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $85K and $110K per year. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave).
Details of Participation
If hired in the U.S., employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
