What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Write proposals and engagement letters while managing Salesforce data entry
- Conduct research, gather, and analyze data to support the sales pipeline process
- Arrange and coordinate in-person and virtual meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled
- Assist in preparing and editing presentations and reports for leadership team members
- Maintain client confidentiality and ensure proper filing of client documents
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Associates degree preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask while providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in a professional services environment or similar role
