Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for all human resources functions
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact with employees at all levels of the business, as well as outside vendors and community members
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Cover ISO 9000 activities and provide audit support
Skill, Capability And Educational Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a confidential setting required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, required
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, required
- HRIS and SAP knowledge strongly preferred
