About the role

This full-time, on-site role based in Corpus Christi, TX supports the international missions team by coordinating trip logistics, maintaining schedules and calendars, and organizing travel documentation for participants and staff. The position involves managing phone and email communications, preparing and processing forms, maintaining accurate records, and providing clerical support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. The role also includes liaising with internal departments and external partners, assisting with trip planning meetings, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate trip logistics for international missions
  • Maintain schedules and calendars for participants and staff
  • Organize and manage travel documentation
  • Handle phone and email communications
  • Prepare and process forms and maintain accurate records
  • Provide clerical support including data entry, filing, and document preparation

Requirements

  • A heart for ministry and a desire to serve international populations and trip attendees from the U.S.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, basic Excel) and comfort working with databases and spreadsheets
  • Administrative assistance and clerical skills to manage scheduling, documentation, data entry, and general office tasks
  • Professional phone etiquette and communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and demonstrate cultural sensitivity in an international missions context
  • High level of integrity and alignment with STCH Ministries’ mission and values
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in administration or related fields is beneficial

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in nonprofit or ministry settings is a plus
  • Spanish language proficiency is preferred but not required
