Administrative Travel Assistant

About the role

Supports the travel needs of the office staff. Assists in coordinating travel arrangements, managing expense reports, and maintaining travel records. Ensures compliance with company policies and regulations regarding travel expenses and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Book flights, hotels, and rental cars for employees
  • Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and timely
  • Manage travel itineraries and confirm reservations
  • Ensure all travel documents and receipts are organized and stored securely
  • Communicate with vendors and employees to resolve any issues related to travel arrangements
  • Follow up with employees after their trips to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel Management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of administrative or travel support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Experience with travel management software (e.g., Expedia, Kayak)
  • Knowledge of corporate travel policies and procedures
  • Understanding of international travel regulations and visa requirements
