About the role
This role offers opportunities for a high-performing individual to expand their responsibilities while supporting a fast-paced global Legal & Compliance team.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Partner with other administrative staff to support the broader leadership team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, logistics, agendas, conference rooms, and virtual meeting support.
- Assist with travel planning, expense reporting, and other administrative processes in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming requests, helping leaders stay organized and prepared.
- Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and other documents as needed.
- Coordinate team events, offsites, and departmental meetings.
- Maintain organizational charts, distribution lists, and other team resources.
- Support compliance-related tasks, such as tracking regulatory deadlines and assisting with audits and compliance reports.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for the team, demonstrating professionalism and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of administrative, executive support, office coordination, or related experience.
- Experience supporting multiple leaders or managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with expense management and travel coordination is required.
