About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced, in-person environment. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys keeping systems organized, managing a variety of tasks, and helping a team stay on track. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable working across multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Assist leadership with organizing physical and digital files and materials.
- Manage incoming and outgoing packages, shipments, and deliveries.
- Track meetings, deadlines, travel arrangements, and related logistics.
- Support inventory management for general and project-related materials.
- Format forms, flyers, and internal documents using online productivity tools.
- Research travel options based on cost, timing, and requirements.
- Source vendors and place orders for needed assets or supplies.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and related design or document tools such as Canva.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep information organized.
- A reliable, proactive approach to daily work.
Logistics
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Able to begin within approximately one month of completing the interview process.
Schedule
This is a fully in-person role with weekday hours from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
