Vylor has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Coordinator to join our company at our Global Business Center in Johnston IA This role supports both EHS Leadership and Commercial delivery by managing schedules, anticipating needs, completing EHS administrative responsibilities, and maintaining seamless daily operations. By leveraging your proactive problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, you will contribute to a high-performing workplace focused on delivering quality seed products and exceptional service. What You’ll Do Manage complex, dynamic calendars—prioritizing requests and proactively optimizing the executive’s timeCoordinate domestic and international travel, including frequently changing itinerariesHandle executive communications and interface with senior leaders, external partners, and peersManage global EHS distribution listsPrepare and organize materials, briefings, and presentations to ensure meeting readinessPlan and execute meetings, events, and customer engagements (onsite and offsite)Track expenses and manage reports with accuracy and discretionCapture meeting notes, manage action items, and maintain shared documentationServe as a key connector across technology, HR, facilities, and other enterprise resourcesSupport ad hoc projects aligned with Seed Operations prioritiesEnsure all administrative work processes and flows are accurate and effectiveSupport compliance with activities and obligationsProvide direct support for Commercial data entry and event recording.Administer / Deliver Commercial New Hire Orientation classes in Johnston.Manage purchasing, accounts payable, and receivable activitiesPerform additional responsibilities as assigned. Education High School Diploma or GED with relevant knowledge and experience What Skills You Need 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience and/or related education Advanced skills in executive presentations and visual representation of complex topics (PowerPoint)Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in high‑pressure environmentsProven ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and act independentlyStrong communication and relationship‑building skillsHigh degree of integrity and discretion with confidential informationAdvanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new systems and collaboration toolsProactive, adaptable mindset with a positive, solution‑oriented approachFlexibility to work extended hours, including weekends when needed.
