Administrative Assistant
This role provides comprehensive administrative, organizational, and project support to advance the hospital's community engagement, communication, fundraising, executive operations, and special event initiatives. The position serves as a key coordinator for department activities, assisting with calendar management, correspondence, meeting and event logistics, donor and sponsorship tracking, community outreach efforts, executive office support, and project coordination.

Requirements
- High School diploma
- Two (2) years of experience in a secretarial support position or related field
Qualifications
Preferred: Associate's degree in Secretarial Science, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Pay
$19.37 - $28.09 per hour, depending on experience
