Join The Boldt Company as an Administrative Assistant supporting our Southern Operations team. In this role, you'll be the go-to resource helping keep projects, teams, and daily operations running smoothly. You'll coordinate meetings, support project teams, manage office operations, and provide exceptional service to employees, clients, and visitors. Pay

Anticipated hourly range: $21.00 - $26.00. This information reflects the anticipated hourly wage based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary by location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Requirements

  • A high school degree is required. An equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • At least two years of administrative experience required
  • Intermediate Microsoft O365 knowledge required
  • A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including driving a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or renting a vehicle for business travel

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, correspondence, and documentation
  • Process invoices, maintain records, and prepare reports
  • Coordinate office operations, mail services, supplies, and meeting logistics
  • Deliver exceptional service to employees, clients, and visitors while supporting special projects and daily business needs
