Overview
The Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC), a division of the Rollins Corporation, has been a leading provider of Pest Management and Consultation Services to the Food and Commodity Industries for over 85 years.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data across multiple programs, proactively identifying and addressing data inconsistencies.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date information for all dashboard reports to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
- Manage and regularly update all distribution lists to ensure effective communication across teams and clients.
- Respond promptly to phone calls and inquiries from clients and field personnel, providing clear and helpful support.
- Support the management and distribution of cell phones and related equipment for field operations.
- Provide assistance with field operations and training sessions as needed, ensuring smooth workflow and knowledge transfer.
- Assist with downloading exports prior to dashboard target dates.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support overall department goals.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts, present information, and provide training to various audiences.
- Ability to use non-technical approaches to train users on computer hardware, software, and related applications.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and respond effectively to customer needs.
- Ability to work effectively and maintain concentration in a diverse work environment.
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills with extensive experience using PCs and business applications.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including heavy use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to perform extended periods of computer and keyboard work.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing timely and effective support.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Two years of experience supervising professional staff or leading projects in a technical consulting environment.
