Administrative Assistant

About the role

Cottage Health seeks an Administrative Assistant for their CH Employee Health and Safety department. The position provides administrative support and develops workflow processes and systems under minimal supervision and direction.

Responsibilities

• Supports the department and/or Department Director with administrative tasks.
• Develops and implements workflow processes and systems.
• Assists in maintaining office operations and ensuring efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Education: Preferred: Associate’s Degree.
• Technical Requirements: Minimum: Intermediate Word, Excel, and Outlook skills. Minimum 45 wpm keyboarding / typing speed.
• Years of Related Work Experience: Minimum: 1-3 years.

Requirements

• Must be able to work flexible hours to meet department needs.
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Benefits

Pay for non-physician positions is determined based on related years of experience and internal equity. Eligible employees may also receive additional forms of compensation, including shift differentials, on-call pay, incentive pay, and bonus opportunities, where applicable.
