About the role
ABM Industries is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive bilingual CCPC Administrative Assistant Team Lead to provide comprehensive administrative support to the TSMC CCPC team at the Phoenix TSMC Facility. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating documentation, and supporting project teams with logistical and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to CCPC leadership and project teams.
- Cook up meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Manage and organize project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Aid in onboarding and access control for new team members and subcontractors.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and general workspace organization.
- Support scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field.
- 3; years of administrative experience, preferably in construction or technical environments.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with project management tools such as Procore or Bluebeam is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- OSHA 10 certification preferred.
