About the role
We are seeking an Addepar Platform Administrator to support the ongoing administration, optimization, and data management of the firm's Addepar environment. This individual will serve as the primary operational resource responsible for maintaining data integrity, troubleshooting issues, supporting reporting needs, and ensuring the platform is running optimally. This role combines platform administration, data operations, client reporting, and systems integration responsibilities.
The ideal candidate has hands-on Addepar experience, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and the technical aptitude to support API integrations with adjacent business systems.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support the firm's Addepar environment on a day-to-day basis.
- Manage client data ingestion from custodial feeds and ensure accurate data normalization for reporting and analysis.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, reconciliation issues, and platform errors.
- Perform ongoing audits and quality assurance reviews to maintain data accuracy and system integrity.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting templates, dashboards, directories, and workflows.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve platform utilization and reporting effectiveness.
- Monitor data flows and troubleshoot issues impacting client reporting or platform performance.
- Support API integrations between Addepar and surrounding business systems.
- Coordinate with vendors, custodians, and internal teams to resolve operational and technical issues.
- Create and maintain documentation, procedures, and platform best practices.
Requirements
- Experience administering or supporting Addepar in a wealth management, family office, investment management, or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of custodial data feeds, portfolio accounting, and investment reporting workflows.
- Experience identifying and resolving data quality, reconciliation, and reporting issues.
- Knowledge of data normalization processes and financial data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
