Acute Medicine Nurse (Full-Time Nights)

About the role

This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication administration. It requires developing and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients, ensuring effective communication across care settings.
