Role Overview

This position involves providing direct patient care in an acute care setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Licensure: Valid RN license
• Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles
• Skills: Critical assessment, communication, teamwork, patient education, cultural competence
