Responsibilities
- Promote a healing environment and educate patients and families on care management
- Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Develop, execute, and communicate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients
- Assess and evaluate patient needs, including physical, emotional, and cultural factors
- Develop and document individualized care plans

Qualifications & Skills
Educational requirement: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing
Licensure: Valid RN license
Experience: No prior experience required; preferred experience includes a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of clinical experience
