Acute & Critical Care - RN/LPN - (PRN)

About the role

The Acute Medical/Surgical Unit at Madisonhealth is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care tailored to the age and needs of the patient population. The RN ensures that quality care is delivered efficiently and safely, adhering to the unit's standards and organizational mission, philosophy, and goals. Flexibility to adapt to changing systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement patient care
• Ensure quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner
• Demonstrate performance consistent with the unit's standards and organizational mission
• Treat staff, physicians, patients, and families with consideration and respect

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the State of Idaho
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support, preferred
• Cerner experience, preferred

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Publisher (or equivalent), and PowerPoint
