LPN/RN - PRN

About the role

Circleville Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate should have current RN or LPN license in Ohio, strong clinical skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents' conditions and respond to changes promptly
• Collaborate with STNAs and the care team to ensure excellent resident outcomes
• Support a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for all residents

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license in Ohio
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Able to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and flexible to pick up shifts as needed
