Acute & Critical Care - RN/LPN - (FT)

About the role

The Acute Medical/Surgical Unit at Madisonhealth is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care tailored to the age and needs of the patient population. The incumbent will ensure quality care is delivered efficiently and safely, adhering to the unit's standards and organizational mission, philosophy, and goals. Flexibility to adapt to changing systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement patient care specific to the age and needs of the patient population.
• Ensure quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner.
• Demonstrate performance consistent with the unit and organization's mission, philosophy, and goals.
• Treat staff, physicians, patients, and families with consideration and respect.
• Work as a team and individually, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills, proven problem-solving abilities, and excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
• Show proven integrity, respect, and initiative.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the State of Idaho.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, required within 6 months of hire.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification, preferred.
• Cerner experience, preferred.
