What You'll Do
- Support patient care delivery across inpatient and specialty areas
- Perform clinical tasks such as assessments, treatments, and medication administration
- Work closely with care teams to ensure quality and continuity of care
- Respond to urgent patient needs and changing conditions
- Provide education and support to patients and families
Work Areas Include
- Emergency
- ICU
- Medical/Surgical
- OB
- Pediatrics
- Behavioral Health
- Transitional Care
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license (Montana or compact)
- BLS certification
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts as needed
PRN Commitment
- 5 shifts per quarter minimum
- 1 weekend shift per quarter
- 1 holiday shift per year
