Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred)
• Licenses & Certifications: RN license
• Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for higher roles
• Skills: Critical thinking, communication, teamwork, patient education, safety awareness
