Acute Care Nurse - Full-Time Nights

Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care in an acute care medical unit, managing patients with diverse clinical issues such as blood disorders, endocrine conditions, heart and renal failure, infectious diseases, and more. Nurses will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans while promoting patient and family-centered care, safety, and quality compliance. Responsibilities include educating patients and families on disease management, medication administration, and post-discharge care, as well as collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
